Halve the avocados lengthways, remove the pits, hollow out with a small spoon, put the flesh through the mixer. Moisten with the juice of 2 lemons. Salt very lightly and add a few drops of Tabasco to pep up the flavor. Fill the avocado halves with this cream, top with salmon roe and serve immediately.
